Appellate
Weston Hurd's Appellate Practice Group is composed of trial lawyers who also focus their practices in the area of appellate litigation. The attorneys in this group are active members of national, state and local appellate practice committees. Through these committees, the team keeps current on the latest developments in federal and state appellate courts throughout Ohio and on a national level on through to the U.S. Supreme Court. All members of this group maintain an active trial court practice, managing complex litigation from its inception, and often assist trial lawyers in identifying and preserving error at the trial court level.
