Real estate, business and non-profit corporation matters are the focus for Dana A. Rose. In addition to providing legal counsel, Dana has lectured and written on real estate, franchise and non-profit organizations law.  He is a former director of Volunteers of America, The El Salvador Sustainable Economy Mission, and Manufacturing Works, serving as the chair of its Governance Committee.  In 2013, Dana received Beaumont School’s highest honor as a recipient of its Beaumont Award which recognizes those who have contributed their time, effort and support to the Beaumont community, school, students and faculty. He is a past member of Weston Hurd’s Management Committee.  His community activities have included coaching tennis at Beaumont School and St. Ignatius High School and volunteering at Malachi House, a hospice for the indigent.  Dana speaks Spanish and travels to El Salvador as a translator for U.S. medical teams. He is a former Adjunct Instructor in Research, Advocacy and Legal Writing at Case Western Reserve University. Dana is an AV Preeminent® rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell and has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters.  Dana has three children and has been married to Christine for 30 years.
