Partner David T. Patterson focuses his practice on construction litigation and claims, architectural/engineering, product liability, professional liability, and environmental law. David served 22 years active duty/reserve in the United States Navy and retired as a Navy Captain in JAG Corps. David has been a presenter on “Legal Issues Affecting Digital Data/BIM” and “Legal Considerations of Digital Practice/BIM” for the American Institute of Architects, Ohio Valley Region Convention, and a speaker on the topic of “Sustainability” before the American Institute of Architects, Columbus Chapter. He also serves as Counsel to the American Council of Engineering Companies of Ohio.
