Deirdre Henry began her legal career as an Ohio Assistant Attorney General (defending the Industrial Commission and the Bureau of Worker’s Compensation in disability claims involving complex medical issues). As a Partner with Weston Hurd , Deirdre represents employers in VSSR and workers’ compensation cases and is the Chair of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice. In addition, Deirdre represents clients in matters involving employment, medical malpractice, long term care and legal malpractice. In 2009, Deirdre spoke before the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Surgeons on the topic of Deposition Preparedness/Mock Deposition. Her presentation focused on how to prepare for a deposition, how to endure a deposition, and how to answer questions most effectively.
