Partner Jerry Goldstein advises clients in estate planning and wealth transfer matters with a focus on taxation issues and probate administration. Additionally, he represents clients in transactional matters including contract negotiation, business financing, acquisitions, entity formation, and real property sales and leasing. Jerry’s approach is client-focused. He listens carefully to clients to identify their concerns and responds to those concerns with recommendations for a practical resolution to their issues.
