Kaitlin L. Madigan

Associate Attorney Kaitlin L. Madigan  focuses her practice on matters involving church law, employment, governmental liability, insurance, and legal malpractice.  She received her B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee and her J.D. from Capital University Law School where Kaitlin was a member of the Order of the Curia.  Kaitlin gained her Ohio Bar admission in 2011 and also has admission before the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio. Kaitlin is a member of the Appellate Section of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association where she is a member of the New Lawyers Group and a graduate of the Barrister’s Leadership Program. In 2016, Kaitlin was a participant in the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy at Stanford Law School, which develops defense trial advocacy skills through faculty instruction and demonstration.  In 2018, Kaitlin was recognized as an Ohio Rising Star in Civil Litigation–Defense by Thomson Reuters.
