Partner Karen Davey joined Weston Hurd in 2001 along with the other members of Rippner, Schwartz & Carlin. She focuses her practice on estates, trust and probate administration. She also handles litigation in probate-related matters, such as will contests, trust contests, and power-of-attorney disputes. Karen is an AV Preeminent®-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. Within the legal community, Karen is the Secretary and a Member of the Executive Board of The Lawyers Guild of the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland.
