Weston Hurd attorney Rebecca Singer-Miller provides an update on “Current Trends in Enforcing the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act” in an article written for the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (OACTA) Quarterly Review. In the article, Rebecca provides summaries of ten cases that the EEOC settled or conciliated under the PWFA and also summaries of allegations filed in lawsuits by the EEOC that are pending in federal district courts. Legal practitioners can expect this trend to continue as implementation and enforcement of the PWFA remains one of the EEOC’s priorities.
