Dan Miller is an Associate in Weston Hurd’s Cleveland office where he represents clients in commercial, transactional, and corporate matters. He handles matters involving tax law, mergers and acquisitions, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, close corporation agreements, severance agreements, corporate resolutions, and liability waivers. Prior to his career in law, Dan spent 10 years in sales management with Sherwin-Williams and is the founder and operator of the Cleveland Hockey School. Dan received his B.A. in International Studies and German Language Skills from Miami University. Dan obtained his Master of Taxation from the University of Akron School of Business and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law.
