Jay Nabors joined Weston Hurd in July 2019. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and real estate. Jay assists individuals and families with their estate planning needs including preparation of wills, durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, revocable living trusts, and irrevocable trusts. He also represents clients in probate-related litigation involving estates and guardianships, and advises clients on Medicaid planning. Additionally, Jay counsels buyers and sellers where real estate defects have been encountered after closing, and represents clients in matters involving homeowners association and condominium disputes. He gained his Ohio Bar admission in 2015 and has admission before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Jay received his B.S.B.A. cum laude in 2012 from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. cum laude in 2015 from the University of Toledo. Jay is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan bar associations.
