Litigation associate Kevin G. Kozak joined Weston Hurd in October 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin worked in the Lorain County Prosecutor’s Office as an assistant prosecuting attorney. Kevin received his B.A. summa cum laude from Cleveland State University and obtained both his J.D. magna cum laude and M.B.A. in 2022 from CSU’s College of Law and the Monte Ahuja College of Business. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. Kevin is a former paramedic who spent eight years working for the City of Cleveland, Division of Emergency Medical Services.
