As a Nurse Legal Assistant for Weston Hurd, Linda Kocent, MSN-HI, RN focuses on medical malpractice, long term care and insurance litigation. She is responsible for medical record review/analysis and summary, medical literature research, assisting in expert selection and communication, deposition summarization and assisting in deposition and trial preparation. Prior to her work as a Nurse Legal Assistant, Linda worked in medical and surgical critical care, step-down, and progressive care in hospitals in the Cleveland area as a clinical nurse as well as in healthcare informatics with a worldwide electronic health records company.
