Matthew Banks focuses his practice on litigation, construction, insurance defense, products liability, intellectual property, and trade secrets. Matthew began his legal career as an attorney with the United States Marine Corps where he served as lead counsel in several trials and litigated numerous complex employment and multi-district environmental matters. He later worked for a law firm in Washington, DC where Matthew focused on commercial litigation and government contracts. Afterward, Matthew started a solo practice in Washington, DC focusing on litigation, employment matters, and small business matters. He later served as a civilian attorney with Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Matthew received his B.A. from Miami University, his J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, and obtained a Master of Laws in Environmental and Government Contracts from The George Washington University Law School.
