Rebecca Singer-Miller focuses her practice on all aspects of labor and employment law. She represents clients related to employment matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, concerning wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and restrictive covenants. Rebecca also has experience in providing day-to-day counsel to private and public employers. In addition to her labor and employment practice, Rebecca handles general litigation and education law matters.

As a Michigan native, Rebecca graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit with her bachelor’s degree. She later earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. While at Case Western, Rebecca participated in the March Madness-style 2022 Dean Dunmore Moot Court Competition (Final Four), the ABA’s 2023 National Appellate Advocacy Competition, and the Appellate Litigation Clinic. Rebecca also served as President of the Women’s Law Association and on the executive board of Case Western’s nationally ranked health law journal, Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine.

Rebecca is a member of FDCC Ladder Down Cleveland Class of 2026, a year-long program that provides direct training and career development to empower women lawyers in three critical areas: leadership, business development, and mentoring.

In her free time, Rebecca enjoys traveling and being active outside, or staying in with a cup of coffee and a good book.
