

Rebecca Singer-Miller focuses her practice on all aspects of labor and employment law. She represents clients in employment litigation concerning wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment and before state and federal agencies, including the OCRC and EEOC. Rebecca received her B.S. from Wayne State University in Detroit and obtained her J.D. cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. While at CWRU, Rebecca received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award-Employment Law. She also served as President of the Women’s Law Association and was on the Executive Board of Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine. Rebecca is a member of FDCC Ladder Down Cleveland Class of 2026, a year-long program that provides direct training and career development to empower women lawyers in three critical areas: leadership, business development, and mentoring. Her court admissions include Ohio and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
