For more than 30 years, Robert A. Poklar has represented automobile, RV, boat and motorcycle dealers and other businesses in matters involving advertising, aftermarket products/services, buy/sell, consumer litigation/issues, corporate/business acquisitions and divestitures, dealer relocations, employment issues, finance, franchisor-franchisee disputes, first refusal, governmental compliance and regulatory issues, lemon law, warranty audits, and working capital and floor plan issues.
