Partner Bob Goff is an experienced attorney and litigator. Bob represents his clients in both state and federal courts throughout the United States, and is admitted to the Ohio Bar, Michigan Bar, various United States District Courts, Tax Court, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Bob’s clients are engaged in a variety of industries including construction companies (general contractors, subcontractors, materialmen), manufacturers, distributors and commercial property owners.
Bob handles a wide range of complex construction, business and commercial disputes, as well as bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, criminal litigation and white collar defense, products liability and insurance matters including general defense.
