

Of counsel attorney Todd Jackson focuses his practice on choice of entity issues, business formation and succession planning, general business advice to small and middle-market businesses, acquisitions and dispositions, and private placements of securities. Todd has represented a variety of clients acquiring or disposing of business units, including acquisitions by a regional rental car company, acquisitions for a regional bottled water company, a series of acquisitions and dispositions for a regional petroleum distribution company, a disposition by a regional chemical company, and several acquisitions for a local grocery store chain. In addition, he has represented several clients in connection with securities offerings conducted in the private markets, including clients raising money for use in real estate development, thoroughbred racing horses, and oil and gas drilling. Presently, he splits his time between Weston Hurd and as general counsel for a manufacturing company that has operations throughout the world. Todd enjoys exercising, traveling, and relaxing with his family.
