Toxic Tort

Overview

The Toxic Tort Practice Group consists of attorneys, paralegals and support staff devoted to defending asbestos and other toxic tort cases. The firm currently defends thousands of asbestos cases throughout Ohio and has developed a system to manage high volume litigation economically and efficiently. This group also defends other complicated toxic claims, including mold litigation, silica and welding fume.
