Theresa M. Kilanowski has more than 20 years of experience as a paralegal in the areas of Labor & Employment, Education and Litigation. She is responsible for all aspects of electronic discovery within the Education law group. Theresa prepares and assists in the Ad Valorem Tax dispute process, performs research and preparations for arbitrations and contract negotiations, and drafts collective bargaining agreements and filings with SERB. She also assists in preparing for special education due process hearings and keeps clients apprised of required labor workplace posters.
