At the Ohio State Bar Associations’s 63rd Annual Midwest Labor and Employment Law Institute Weston Hurd partner Rina Russo presented a Wage and Hour update alongside a representative from the U.S. Department of Labor. Their program focused on agency updates, including proposed rulemaking, the latests opinion letters, and recent Fair Labors Standards Act (FLSA) case law, as well as the impact of those cases on litigating and resolving wage claims.
