Associate Koary Lutz focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Weston Hurd, Koary was a Post-Doctoral Scholar in the LLEAP Department at CWRU School of Law instructing first-year law students in foundational legal writing and research courses. Koary received his B.S. from John Carroll University and his J.D. cum laude from CWRU School of Law where he was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future. During law school, Koary was a legal extern for Justice Michael Donnelly on the Supreme Court of Ohio. Koary is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio, Cleveland Metropolitan, and Federal Bar associations.
