Partner Patrick J. McIntyre serves as outside legal counsel advising closely-held businesses from startups to third generation industry leading companies on myriad corporate matters. Patrick applies his extensive experience in a broad range of practice areas, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate governance, employment, real estate, environmental, finance and operations. He works closely with entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors to design and implement corporate strategy for long term, sustainable growth. Prior to receiving his law degree, Patrick worked for several years with Marriott hotels in operations management with bottom line P & L responsibility. He is a member of Weston Hurd’s Management Committee and is a frequent lecturer and panel moderator to industry, legal, and accounting groups on a variety of corporate topics.
