Partner Victor T. DiMarco centers his practice primarily on serious injury or death cases involving the healthcare and retail industries, and auto/motorcycle accidents. His clients include national pharmaceutical and retail store chains, nursing homes, as well as individuals and their families. Victor’s experience with personal injury matters include defending trucking companies involved in catastrophic accident claims and the defense of pharmaceutical store chains in wrongful death claims associated with the opioid epidemic. Victor’s practice demands early case evaluation, thorough research and investigation, and efficient and thoughtful legal counsel of the highest quality. Victor believes that effective communication ensures that his clients’ goals are identified and met.
Victor obtained his B.A. from Baldwin Wallace University and his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Victor gained his Ohio Bar admission in 2000 and is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. In 2007, Victor was named a Super Lawyer – Ohio Rising Star by Thomson Reuters for his work in the area of personal injury/medical malpractice. Victor is a member of the Defense Research Institute.
In his off time, Victor enjoys travelling the country via motorcycle and spending time with his German Shepherds.
