Bryan Palmer joined the Cleveland office in August 2025 with a strong background in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and business and real estate transactions. Bryan represents clients in estate matters involving the planning and creation of trusts, wills and powers of attorney, and guides fiduciaries through the estate settlement process. He advises business owners regarding corporate matters including entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and facilitates real estate transactions. Bryan received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and his B.A.s in psychology and philosophy, cum laude, from The Ohio State University. Bryan is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland as well as the Estate Planning and Trust sections of the OSBA and CMBA. He has presented topics such as handling complex assets in trust and estate administration, addressing spouse’s elective shares and closing probate estates, and competency and capacity.
