Eric Kyser joined Weston Hurd in March 2022 as an Associate. His experience includes representing clients in complex commercial litigation involving tortious interference claims, trade secret claims, personal injury, bankruptcy, real estate, and general contract matters. Eric’s court admissions include the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Eric received his B.A. from Ohio University in 2009 and his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2015.
