Matthew K. Seeley is a commercial, employment, and real estate attorney with nearly 25 years of accumulated experience. His clients include Fortune 500 companies, midsized entities, startups, and individuals. Matthew represents his clients in litigation involving construction, employment, products and premises liability, real estate, taxation, and workers’ compensation matters. He has litigated cases throughout Ohio, and in federal and state courts including the U.S. Tax Court, and before administrative agencies and local municipalities. Matthew is a member of the Ohio State, Cleveland Metropolitan, and West Shore Bar associations, and in 2019 served as a delegate of the Eighth Judicial Conference. Matthew is a frequent presenter and author on various topics such as the Defend Trade Secrets Act, Ohio Civil Theft Act, and legal issues regarding staffing. In 2022, Matthew was named an Ohio Super Lawyer in Business/Corporate by Thomson Reuters.
