Sami Farhat focuses his practice primarily on commercial litigation. Sami also has experience in construction litigation with an emphasis on the Consumer Sales Practices Act, and the Home Construction Services Suppliers Act. Sami received his B.A. from John Carroll University and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Ohio as well as before the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, and the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. In 2026 and 2027, Ohio Super Lawyers named Sami to its list of Rising Stars in Construction Litigation.
