Sami Farhat’s litigation practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation. Sami also has experience with creditors’ rights work and judgement enforcement, the Consumer Sales Practices Act, and the Home Construction Services Suppliers Act. Sami received his B.A. from John Carroll University and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Ohio as well as before the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, and the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. In 2026, Ohio Super Lawyers named Sami to its list of Rising Stars.
