Jonathan A. Good joined Weston Hurd as a Partner in May 2019. Jon’s practice focuses on employment, healthcare, business and transactional matters. His experience includes representing clients in Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, FLSA, workers’ compensation, OSHA, medical board licensure, False Claims Act, restrictive covenants, contracts, business, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and intentional torts. Jon is a strategic advisor and collaborator for his clients many of whom are in the health care, manufacturing, and hospitality industries.
